1. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
2. The product got damaged during shipping.
3. Manufacturing problem in the product.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
4. They must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged and unwashed.
5. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
6. Wrong product shipped.
7. Products can be returned within 4 working days after the product is delivered
Refunds are issued when
- Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days. Seller cannot provide replacement.

Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order if he/she wish to
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
